Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®’s dynamic systems modelling, participants construct strategy “ecosystems” that can be changed in real time. By introducing sudden challenges (new competitor, budget cuts, supply chain disruption), the models are adapted collaboratively, giving teams the muscle memory to adapt their real strategy when disruption hits.
